Includes General Ledger and Application Training, Account Reconciliations, Monthly Points Review & Report, Yearend Financial Review and Files for the Accountant.
All Packages include a subscription to QuickBooks Online or Desktop, Rewind Backups for QB Online, Dext Prepare document management and access to Financial Cents project management and Smart Vault cloud storage.
Additional fees may apply for QuickBooks Desktop with cloud hosting required.
Accounting Software
QuickBooks Online and Desktop versions are the core accounting software offered by Merit Account Services, but other software options will be considered if they are already in place and/or more suitable for your business.

As a remote bookkeeper, I also employ several applications within a cloud ecosystem to bring my clients the best services possible and enable them to maximize their business’ potential.
These apps handle everything from simple correspondence, receipt management, general ledger, and data importing to secure document storage and so much more. There are over 750 apps for anything your business might need.
Not only does a custom “stack” of apps improve workflows, increase productivity, and reduce errors, but they also create an almost paperless environment which is a win for me, my clients, and the environment.

The security and privacy of my client’s records is a top priority at Merit Account Services. I utilize multi-level protection on my computer, only subscribe to applications with top security ratings and have been verified and endorsed by Intuit.
